What is in the free plan?
Free is $0, hosted by us: 500 events a month (a soft limit — delivery is never blocked), 30-day artifact retention with metadata kept forever, 2 apps with unlimited seats, the Web and React Native SDKs, one integration, and community support.
What happens if I go over my monthly events?
Nothing breaks. The meter is soft on every paid tier: delivery is never blocked or metered. You are notified and prompted to upgrade; over-limit events may skip the durable preview retention window, but they still forward.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Seats and reporters are unlimited on every tier, including Free. We charge for value through the pipe, not for people.
How does annual billing work?
Annual is two months free — Starter is $190 a year and Pro is $790 a year, versus $19 and $79 a month. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
What do I get on Pro that Starter does not have?
