Why TraceItX exists
Most bug reports arrive half-finished. A screenshot with no context, a sentence that says “it’s broken,” a back-and-forth that takes longer than the fix. The moment the user noticed the problem — what was on screen, what they tapped, what the console said — is already gone.
TraceItX captures that moment in full. One tap records the screen, the focused component, the full UI tree, console and network state, and device metadata, and packages it into a single AI-ready envelope — structured so a developer or an AI coding agent can understand exactly what went wrong and act on it, not ask about it.
What we believe
- A report should be enough to act on. The next step after a bug report should be the fix — not a triage conversation.
- Every screen counts. Phone, tablet, web, and every TV. Bugs don’t stop at the platforms that are easy to instrument, so neither do we.
- You own your data and your pipe. TraceItX is a pass-through service: it captures, signs, and delivers to the destinations you choose, then gets out of the way. We don’t lock your reports inside a dashboard you can’t leave.
- Calm over noise. Developer-grade substance, presented plainly. No alarm-lit dashboards, no hype.
How it works, briefly
You embed an SDK, your users report bugs, and each report is validated and fanned out as a signed webhook to your tools — or to our optional advanced dashboard when you want a workflow layer on top. Read the documentation or see the full product tour.
The company
TraceItX is built and operated by Scriptx, UAB, a software company based in Lithuania. We’re a small team that ships, and we build the tool we want to use ourselves.
